For domestic shoppers, Chiaroscuro offers delivery to all pin-codes pan India that are serviced by our shipping partner - Fedex. Shipping costs are calculated based on the cumulative weight of the entire order and vary depending on the number and types of bags purchased. Domestic orders of value Rs. 10,000 and above qualify for Free Shipping by Fedex Priority.
All orders of items marked "Ready to Ship" are dispatched within 2 business days of the purchase.
All orders on items marked "Made to Order" will be dispatched within 14 business days of the purchase. Lead times for wallets is 7 business days.
You will be notified by email on the dispatch of your purchase. Tracking numbers will be shared and the package can be tracked online at http://www.fedex.com/in/.
Fedex Priority: Delivery can take anywhere between 1-3 business days from the dispatch date depending on the shipping location.
Fedex Economy: Delivery can take anywhere between 5-7 business days from the dispatch date depending on the shipping location.
Chiaroscuro shall not be liable for any delay/non-delivery of purchased products caused by flood, fire, war, acts of God or any cause that is beyond our control.
In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake at the customer's end (i.e. wrong name, address or contact number) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be the responsibility of the customer. The customer must agree to provide authentic and true information to avoid any kind of delay or loss of merchandise. Chiaroscuro reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point of time. If upon confirmation, such user details are found not true (wholly or partly), Chiaroscuro has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services available at this website, and/or other affiliated websites without any prior intimation.
Octroi charges may be levied on certain destinations in India. These charges are not refundable and shall be borne by the customer. In the event of a request for return by the customer, the Octroi charges levied shall not be refunded.

Customer Pickup Policy:
This option is perfect for people living in the Delhi NCR region who would much rather save on shipping charges and shipping time! Also great if you happen to be passing through Delhi at the time or have assigned a local to come pick up your purchase on your behalf. Customer Pick Up allows you the convenience of placing your order with us and then picking up your goodies at our Workshop located in South Delhi at a suitable day and time. All you need to do is follow the below steps

Please mention your preferred day and time for the pickup in the email. Kindly note that our working hours for pickups are Monday to Saturday between 9.30am and 6pm. We remain closed on all Sundays and Indian Gazetted Holidays.
Also mention the full name and photo ID type & number of the person who will be making the pickup for you. Options for ID could be a Driving License, Adhaar, Voter ID, PAN Card, a Club Membership Card (basically any card with the holder's photo and name).
Within 1 business day of sending of your email, you will receive an email invoice with the subject "You've received an invoice." The email will contain the details of your purchase, payment amount and a PayUMoney link to make the payment. Please also note that until the payment is made, we are unable to book any particular style in your name. An early payment will ensure that the bag you love does not get sold to someone else!
Once the payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email from us mentioning the pickup address and also confirming the requested day and time for the pickup.
When you come over to make your pickup, make sure you/your designated person is carrying the original Photo ID quoted in your email to us. We will be unable to handover the purchase without the same.
Regardless of your nationality or the location from which you are browsing our website, if you plan to make the payment through a non-Indian bank or card, you qualify as an international shopper. We regret that our online sales facility on this website is not currently available to you. You are welcome to browse our creations and pick your favorites. We can organize special payments through Paypal for you and deliveries to your home country in collaboration with Fedex or The Indian Postal Service. All you need to do is follow the below steps:

If the quotation is agreeable to you, kindly send us a confirmation email.

The email will contain the details of your purchase, payment amount and a Paypal link to make the payment. Once the payment is made, you will receive a confirmation email from us mentioning transaction success.
Dispatch of the bag will be done within 1-2 working days of the payment receipt in the case of a Ready-To-Ship product and post the requested lead time for a Made-To-Order product. Courier tracking details will be shared with you on the dispatch date itself and you can track the parcel online on http://www.fedex.com/in/ or http://ipsweb.ptcmysore.gov.in/ipswebtracking/
Customs duties and levies if applicable shall be borne by the customer.
