1. Go to www.chiaroscuro.in on your computer/phone/tablet.
2. On the top menu, click SHOP. You will be redirected to the Shop All page by default. Once the page loads completely, scroll on the right to see ALL our bags on the same page itself. To see all the pictures keep scrolling to the right by hitting the right arrow key on your keyboard OR placing your mouse on the white arrow on the right side of the screen. Mac & touch screen users can just swipe left on their touch pads to move to the right.
3. If you know the size/type of bag you want, you can also click on the drop down menu under SHOP and go straight to that size/type by clicking on either CHARMS or POUCHES or WALLETS or SLINGS or SHOULDER BAGS or BACKPACKS & BIG BAGS.
4. We also have a NEW ARRIVALS section on the main menu. You can click on it if you want to see the freshest bags up for grabs from our workshop that week. This page is updated with new bags week after week.
5. Once you have found a picture of a bag you like, hover your mouse on it to see the style name and price.
6. To find out more about that bag, click anywhere on the picture of the bag. You will be redirected to the product page of that bag.
7. Here you can see all the information of that particular bag including material, dimensions and tonnes of pictures of the bag all around. Our effort is to photograph the bag as holistically as possible so you have complete clarity on what the bag looks like from every angle and detail! To see all the pictures keep scrolling to the right by hitting the right arrow key on your keyboard or placing your mouse on the white arrow on the right of the screen. Mac & touch screen users can just swipe left on their touch pads to move to the right.
8. Once you are convinced that you want to buy the bag, on the left hand side of the product page, click ADD TO CART. (If you are viewing the site on your phone/tablet, this button will be at the bottom of the page.)
9. Now your shopping cart will open automatically on the right hand side. Click CHECKOUT on the bottom of your cart. (If you are viewing the site on your phone/tablet, the shopping cart will open from the top.)
10. You will then be redirected to the shipping details page. Please enter your email address and complete shipping address to where you would like the bag delivered. You can also choose to create an account with us. Your details will be saved securely and not shared with anyone. This will also be useful to stay updated with special promos and events at Chiaroscuro.
11. Once all the information is entered, click on CONTINUE TO SHIPPING METHOD at the bottom of the page.
12. Depending on where your bag needs to be delivered, a shipping mode and fee will be added to the total.
13. Click on CONTINUE TO PAYMENT METHOD at the bottom of the page.
14. On the next page, click MAKE PAYMENT. You will be redirected to the PayUBiz gateway.
15. You will have the option to make the payment by either debit card, credit card or net banking. Choose your preferred mode, enter the card/bank details correctly and the payment will go through.
16. On successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email from us immediately.
17. We ship your all READY TO SHIP items within 2 days of receiving the order. MADE TO ORDER items are shipped within the lead time mentioned on the product page. You will receive an email from us with the shipping details and any other updates.
18. Within India, Air couriers are delivered in 1-3 business days while Ground couriers can take anywhere between 4-7 business days. Outside India, the speedpost takes anywhere between 4-8 business days to deliver your Chiaroscuro to you.
