All Chiaroscuro products are covered by a one year warranty. We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase; however if there is a problem or a fault, please email photos of the entire product as well as the detail of the repair/fault to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Although not all of our bags can be repaired, we promise to carefully assess each bag and advise you what can be done to rectify things. The original proof of purchase i.e. original invoice will be required if your bag is still within the warranty period. There may be some colour or leather variation depending on the style and age of the bag, and sometimes it will not be possible to repair an older bag.
If your item is still within warranty we will provide a repair free of charge.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for sending your item to us for repair. Return shipping of the repaired product to you will be borne by us. Any applicable duties/taxes will however be your responsibility.
If your item is outside the one year warranty and can be repaired, you will be contacted by us with a quote for the work and asked if you wish to proceed.
The cost will depend on the age of the bag and the nature of the repair. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for sending and receiving your item to/from us for repair. When you receive a repair quote, the cost of return shipping will be included in the same.
You are responsible for the financial value of any goods that are being returned until we receive them, so we recommend that you use a track-able postage service and retain proof of postage.
Please note we will not accept repairs dropped off at the Workshop without being notified by email first.
Please also be aware that repairs can take upto 1-2 weeks from us receiving the bag.
